Noble gourmet à la carte restaurant, located on the top floor of the main building, offers a multisensory culinary experience focusing on Rhodian cuisine that no one should afford to miss. In 2022, for the fourth time, Noble has been awarded a Toque d’Or being among Greece’s finest restaurants.

Noble’s head chef Spyros Kougios and executive chef George Troumouchis have created tasting menus starting from the very beginning when flavours were real and aromas genuine. The menus have been designed to preserve the authentic flavours and the uniqueness of Rhodian and Aegean products, with each dish narrating the story of a forgotten daily life in order to trigger emotions and awaken memories.

To reflect the resort nature of the hotel, in the Fresh Mediterranean Restaurant gentlemen may dine with smart casual short pants.
